Returns & Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used organic fertiliser products cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective or damaged on arrival.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Damaged or defective products may be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.
