Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemistry, etc.).
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of bio organic fertilizer production processes and equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
