Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
  2. Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
  2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for accuracy and compliance.
  3. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
  4. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  5. Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  6. Assist with tax preparation and audits.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and support decision-making.
  8. Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
